The GoTrace platform facilitates material sourcing and procurement processes via easy-to-use in-app supplier onboarding and location/tract approval-rejection functions. Through a digitally iterative process, a supplier is able to be invited onto GoTrace and propose a new tract or product/harvest source location via the online completion and provision of select information. Suppliers and buyers are able to dynamically engage in an iterative submission-approve-reject process until all requirements are met and the new tract/location is formally digitally established.
Digitized geocoordinate-based location polygons are able to be easily established by the:
- input of latitude and longitude coordinates (flexible radius up to 50 miles)
- upload of a shapefile, i.e. KML file
- manually drawing of a polygon, or
- auto-pull of landowner parcel coordinates based on the direct input of or mobile phone collection of latitude and longitude coordinates.
